I bought a Craftsman 21' 37118 with a Briggs & Stratton Engine. I bought this lawn mower at Sears a little over a month ago after my Toro lawnmower died. I went into the store to see if they had any clearance mowers after the Winter season and I found this push mower for a great price.
I have a very flat yard, so I had no need for a self-propelled lawnmower. I use it on my front and back yard and it does a great job getting all the new weeds and it cuts through my thick bermuda grass well.
I have only used it two times and really can find no part of it that annoys me much. I absolutely love the ease of pulling the chain to start in one pull, but at first it can putter through the first couple of passes on my yard but it ends up running fine after being started.
My last mower was a really expensive Toro and it lasted through one season and I can truly say after just two uses with this Craftsman, I paid a lot less, and it runs better than the last, minus self-propelled.
I am about to get into my busy season and it will really be put to the test with a new yard and lots of weeds. I just wish the bag was bigger so that I didn't have to make so many trips to dump out the trimmings. This mower would be best used for small yards that are easy to maintain and no big hills. Overall, I have been very satisfied so far.
