Lawn Boy 10606 Self Propelled Lawn Mower
I bought this self-propelled Lawn Boy 10606 lawn mower in the Spring of 2010. I bought it at the Home Depot when it was on sale. I really like it. I am somewhat frail and not used to having to cut my small lawn, but the self propelled Lawn Boy mower made it almost fun.
It came with a grass catching bag. Sometimes I used it; sometimes I didn't. You could definitely tell the difference when I didn't use it because clumps of grass would end up on my lawn.
The foldable handle was handy since I store my mower in a small shed. I did have occasional problems with it not starting. All of the time it was because grass had become clogged up in the blades. It works best if you don't allow the grass to grow too long between cuttings. I found the height adjustment lever easy to work.
My lawn is fairly flat so I don't have to use it on hills. With the power it has, I imagine it could handle some hilly terrain. However I wouldn't use it for a large yard. It is easy to use; it is very sturdy and easy to maintain and I look forward to using it again this summer season.
