Toro Personal Pace 20330 Self Propelled Lawn Mower

I live in Milford, NH and own a Toro Personal Pace Lawn Mower with 22 inch deck. The model number is 20330 and it is a gas powered variable speed self-propelled walk behind mower. I bought this mower 2 years ago and got it at the Home Depot.

This is a good lawn mower for me as I don't have a large yard. My property is only 0.43 acres and much of it is on a slope. The mower works very well in the straight ahead areas, but will bog down on hills at times.

It is tight enough that in combination with my weed wacker I can take care of most areas. My back lawn is a combination of weeds and thick grass, and it does a good job at taking out most of the stuff growing there. Overall, I would give this lawn mower a 7 out of 10.

The self-propelled issue is a non-issue as I like the walk behind mower anyway. If I could change one thing it would be the way to reduce the kick up of rocks, etc. with the mower. I often will kick rocks and sticks 10 to 15 feet away with the mower, and this creates a safety hazard.

This mower is best used for small areas, and would be difficult to use on large areas as it just doesn't allow for a speedy process as it is a walk behind mower. The blade is very easy to remove and replace with this mower and that is one of the key features.

I would have to give this engine a 10 as I have left this mower outside in the rain for weeks at a time, not taken good care of it and even not changed the oil very much and used a gas mixture that wasn't up to par. I never have an issue with starting this mower, it starts right up on the first pull each and every time, never an issue there.

Overall, this is a mower I would recommend to buy to another person looking for a mower, and I think it cost less than $250.
