Troy Bilt 12AKC39C211 Self Propelled Push Mower

After using my old lawn mower for almost ten years, I decided to upgrade to a new one a few weeks ago. I visited several stores in my neighborhood and found one that suited my needs at Lowe’s Home Improvement store. I bought the Troy Bilt 21" Self Propelled Push Mower. Its model number is 12AKC39C211. I originally saw online that it was on sale for $359.00 (normally priced at $379). This isn’t a huge discount, but it was cheaper than other locations.

I needed a powerful lawn mower since I have a large yard; however, it is not large enough to require a Riding Mower. After using this mower three times, I am very happy with my decision. As promised, the mower does a great job of maintaining a constant speed, with little effort on my part. It does a great job of mowing near fences and other objects, getting very close and cutting down most of the grass.

A trimmer is barely necessary while using this mower. Another plus is that it’s not a gas guzzler by any means. I can easily mow my entire yard on one tank of gas. In addition to its mowing prowess, this mower is also aesthetically pleasing. It doesn’t look cheap and feels very sturdy. Additionally, it comes with a 3 year limited warranty which can be upgraded for a small price. As I haven’t had any problems with my last mower, I decided not to upgrade.

Obviously since I’ve only had this mower for less than a month, I haven’t had any problems. However, the sales associate at Lowe’s assured me that this lawn mower will perform well for a long time. Since I’ve never had any problems with budget-priced items from the store, I’m confident that this mower will be great.

Overall, I haven’t found any shortcomings in the mowers’ performance. For the price, it is a smart choice for someone with a decent sized lawn, which they’re planning on maintaining themselves.
